A reading needs a few private things to be made: your name, your birth, a way to reach you. Here is exactly what we take, why, and what becomes of it.

To prepare your reading we ask for your name, your email address, and your birth details: date, time and place of birth, and, for the Saju reading, your sex. We collect nothing else, and we never ask for anything we do not need to make the work.
Your birth details are the raw material the reading is computed from. Your name appears on the reading, which is made for you by name. Your email is how we deliver the finished PDF and how we reach you if we have a question about your order. That is the whole of it.
Your details are used to cast and write your reading, and then to deliver it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is needed to complete your order, namely Stripe for payment and our email provider for delivery. We keep your reading and the details behind it so we can resend it or correct it if you ask. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy terms.
You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to support@4mirrors.com and we will act on it promptly.
